Originally named Aliana Development Company, AIRIA was formed by the same leadership team that crafted Aliana^® into one of the nation’s most successful master-planned communities. After purchasing more land to develop, AIRIA Development Company was created in 2018 to bring Aliana and future communities together under one unified brand.

Lead by President Travis Stone, the AIRIA Development team brings decades of combined experience in successful land development of master-planned residential environments.
