AIRIA Development Company was formed by the same leadership team that crafted Aliana^® into one of the nation’s most successful master-planned communities, since 2010. Originally named Aliana Development Company, AIRIA Development Company was created in 2018 to bring Aliana, ARTAVIA^® and future communities together under one unified brand.
