With more than 30 years of experience in planning, engineering, construction and development operations in master-planned communities, Mark Hardy brings wealth of experience to his role as Vice President of Land Development for AIRIA Development Company. Mark is involved in every aspect of the company’s development operations including land planning, design, engineering, construction management, land acquisition, and landscape architecture. Before joining AIRIA Development, Mark was the Land Development Manager for one of the nation’s largest home building companies and prior to that, was the Vice President of Operations for a nationally known developer in Houston where he was entrusted with development operations and business growth for well-known master-planned communities including Greatwood, Summerwood and Eagle Springs developing more than 6,000 home sites. Mark is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
