As President of AIRIA Development Company, Travis Stone directs and oversees the development of the award-winning master-planned community Aliana®. Additionally, Travis leads the development and management of 8,000 acres the company controls in the north Houston area, currently designated for master-planned community development. Travis has more than 30 years of experience in creating and developing premiere master-planned communities. He began his career as the project manager for the Sugar Mill community in Sugar Land, TX, and has since been involved in ten additional master-planned communities including Greatwood, Seven Meadows and Telfair – all of which have earned local and national recognition for their success. He is a member of the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Fort Bend Education Foundation, Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council, Greater Houston Builders Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Home Builders, West Houston Association and Coastal Conservation Association. Travis is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
