ARTAVIA™, a new 2,842-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, announced today it won multiple awards from The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). ARTAVIA™ took home Gold Awards for Best Overall Advertising Campaign and Best Signage.
“These awards highlight the artistic flare that we’ve put into ARTAVIA™,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director of AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA™. “Today you are seeing the results of our branding, but next year I anticipate recognition for the community itself because homebuyers are responding to the idea of living colorfully.”
ARTAVIA™ also received Silver Awards for Best Website for a Community, Best Graphic Continuity, Best Brochure for a Master-planned Community, Best Radio Commercial/Campaign and Best Special Promotion. Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Awards.
The Nationals salute and honor the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance. During a three-day judging process, a panel of seven industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver and Gold award winners from nearly 1,200 entries.
“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Kelly Fink, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”
Phase 1 of ARTAVIA™ consists of 458 homes with prices ranging from the $240s to the $500s. The community offers 50-to 70-foot wide lot sizes and floor plans from 1,600 square feet to 4,600 square feet from award-winning builders Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes.
At the heart of ARTAVIA™ will be a 13-acre community complex overlooking a five-acre lake with paddle boats and a kayak launch area. The complex is being developed to include a contemporary-style clubhouse featuring a 24-hr Fit Center, cafe, and gathering spaces. Surrounding it are areas designed to promote imaginative play, outdoor community gathering and an active lifestyle. Among those are a meditation rain garden, splash pad, nature exploration area, event lawn, playground and an interconnected forested trail system. Regularly scheduled events, classes and activities will be facilitated by a community Lifestyle Manager.
ARTAVIA™ is located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between l-45N and US 59N, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA™ attend Conroe ISD.
