This recognition honors ARTAVIA’s creative, high-impact television commercial promoting the Model Home Park Grand Opening, which brings the community’s signature ARTscapes and thoughtful design details to life within an engaging, lifestyle-inspired narrative.

The Texas Star Awards, launched in 1992, are the only statewide tribute to excellence in the homebuilding industry, spotlighting the best builders, developers, remodelers, and marketing professionals in Texas and surrounding regions. This year’s program drew a record-breaking 950+ entries across 189 categories, making ARTAVIA’s win an especially noteworthy achievement.
