(HOUSTON-February 5, 2020) Aliana®, a 2,000-acre master-planned community located in Richmond, TX announced today it has been ranked in the Top 35 in sales nationally for the seventh year in a row. Results are from a survey conducted by real estate consulting firms RCLCo and John Burns which identifies top-selling master-planned communities (MPCs). Aliana® sold 413 new homes in 2019.

The ranking of RCLCo’s and John Burns’ top-selling communities is based on total net new home sales as reported by each individual community.
