AIRIA Development® Company earned two 2026 Texas Star Awards, winning Best Billboard and Best Radio Commercial for the marketing campaign supporting its newest Houston-area master-planned community, COLTON®. The recognition underscores AIRIA’s commitment to creating distinctive communities that resonate with homebuyers in the Houston Texas market.
The honors were part of a strong showing for AIRIA, which received five finalist nominations in this year’s Texas Star Awards competition across its two Houston-area master-planned communities, ARTAVIA® and COLTON.
Presented by the Texas Association of Builders, the 2026 Star Awards were announced July 23rd during the Star Awards Dinner and Celebration Ceremony at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The event was held in conjunction with the 2026 Sunbelt Builders Show®, which celebrated its 25th anniversary and return to its original host city.
The recognition adds to a growing list of accolades for AIRIA Development and its communities. Over the past year, COLTON earned Houston Agent Magazine’s 2025 MPC/Project of the Year honor and a Gold Award at the 2026 Nationals, further validating AIRIA’s approach to creating thoughtfully planned communities that celebrate Texas heritage, exceptional placemaking and a strong sense of identity.
