AIRIA’s two master-planned communities each contribute a different identity and market presence to the company’s growing portfolio.
COLTON, AIRIA’s 5,700-acre master-planned community in Todd Mission, is planned for approximately 11,000 single-family homes. Designed around “Quintessential Texas Living,” the community’s first phase includes 11 builders, approximately 685 homesites, and more than 186 acres of green space and trails connected by the planned eight-acre Arroyos Park amenity district.
In the Conroe / East Montgomery County area, ARTAVIA is currently home to approximately 1500 households. With the community spanning 2,842 acres, it will build out to approximately 6,500 homes. The community features 10 builders, 18 model homes, and amenities centered around Art and Nature including trails, a five-acre lake, paddleboats, gathering spaces, a playground, a splash pad, a 24/7 FitCenter, and Palate Café.
Winners will be announced July 23 during the Star Awards Dinner and Celebration Ceremony at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, held in conjunction with the Sunbelt Builders Show.
The 2026 Star Awards program is supported by title sponsors Builders FirstSource, Homes.com, Atmos, Copperweld Building Wire, First American Title, Great American Insurance Group, James Hardie, McCoy’s Building Supply, and StrucSure Home Warranty.
