(Conroe, TX—October 4, 2019) ARTAVIA™, a 2,842-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, officially opened with a colorful kick-off featuring Bravo-TV star Ryan Serhant of Million Dollar Listing New York. More than 400 realtors attended the Kaleidoscope themed event, which was touted as the most colorful grand opening ever.

Realtors toured all 10 homes by eight prestigious builders in the Model Home Village. Serhant gave an inspiring speech, entertained questions from the audience and spent several hours mingling with guests. Over $30,000 in colorful gifts and prizes were awarded throughout the day including a signed copy of Serhant’s book, Sell It Like Serhant for every guest.
Phase 1 of ARTAVIA™ consists of 458 homes with prices ranging from the $240,000s to the $500,000s.
